TUSTIN, Calif, Sep. 20, 2007 (Thomson Financial delivered by Newstex) -- AMDL Inc (AMEX:ADL) said its unit Jade Pharmaceutical Inc (JPI) is to expand its in-house research and development activities and the in-licensing of new products from third party pharmaceutical research firms under a new product development strategy.

AMDL, headquartered in Tustin, California, with operations in Shenzhen, Jiangxi and Jilin, China, said JPI is expected to develop six six new products over the next 36 months.

Additionally, JPI is regularly reviewing various other product in-licensing
opportunities.
