China Gateway Pharma Products (Shanghai) Limited is located in the chemical industry district in NanHui, Shanghai. CGPP is dedicated to provide contract R&D and manufacturing service in a timely manner to its clients by developing cost efficient and environmentally benign process for bulk material production.
Process R&D
At CGPP, the Process R&D group is composed of a team of 30 highly skilled and creative scientists, including organic chemists, process engineers, analytical chemists and chemical technicians, who were educated at top universities in China and abroad, senior staff members have extensive working experience in the pharmaceutical companies in the US, Europe or Japan. The Process R&D group is specialized in all aspects of process development and scale-up. The process research laboratories are fully equipped to meet our needs in process route-scouting, reaction optimization and Kg-scale sample preparation. We offer the following process R&D services.

Manufacturing Facilities
The pilot plant of CGPP has been designed in compliance with the GMP standard. The facilities are best described as highly versatile:
Reaction vessels sizing from 100L to 1000L (Glass-lined and Stainless Steel). Temperature control ranging from -80oC to 200oC. Full vacuum to 0.1 Torr Batch size ranging from <1 kg to 200 kg. One of the main missions of manufacturing is to transfer technologies from laboratory to plant scale, economically and ecologically.
